What do I do if I break down?
All our vehicles are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s assistance service.
Should a breakdown/accident occur you should contact the relevant service immediately (contact numbers can be found on the supporting document (rental agreement) supplied at service commencement).
Upon inspection of a breakdown, if the vehicle is going to be off the road for 24 hours or more then, a replacement vehicle can be provided if required, by ourselves or manufacturers agent.
If the breakdown is due to driver negligence, poor driving or accident any expenses incurred by us are chargeable to you. (Where a replacement vehicle is provided, a like for like replacement is not guaranteed).
